A break in transmission

I'm having a little rest to recover from the sickness that engulfed our family and saw little Leo in hospital for 5 days with Bronchiolitis (which meant I was also in hospital for 5 days). We are all on the mend now and taking the time to enjoy the sunshine, eat watermelon and be thankful for 3 healthy children (spending time in a paediatrics ward is very sobering).

Hope little Leo is doing better. We had our little girl in with the same thing when she was little... (about two years ago)... not nice at all. Hope you have some great family time together and get to relax a little after your 5 days away.

Glad you are all on the mend. Hopefully the warm days will help shift the mood!

Oh poor little Leo (and poor you!)
Glad to hear everyone is doing better though. Take care of yourself.

I'm glad Leo's well enough to be home. I spent 4 nights in the RCH with my little one when she was 10 weeks old and had whooping cough. It's pretty horrid in there, even when the staff are wonderful. Try to take time to care for yourself as well as your family over the next few weeks - hospital is very draining for mums as well as their sick little ones :-)
