I sometimes think Artichokes are too beautiful to peel back and eat.
What a lovely bounty! Mine are very leafy but no cigar (or no artichokes that is)
I looooove artichokes.chop them up, take out the choke, slice into bite sized pieces, douse in lemon juice and mix through rocket with more lemon juice, black peper and some parmesan shaved over the top. THE BEST salad ever.
