The broccoli does look great - how yummy is freshly picked broccoli from your own vege patch!

PS. Because I can't find a contact email...

The manuka honey is ingested by the spoonful - not smeared. I tried the smear on arm thing once...ended in tears. Best if buy anything above a UMF 16+ (supposedly the higher the rating the more effective (and pricey) it is. I was so blown away by how it completely rid me of the eczema though - something that elimination diets and even cortisone hadn't controlled. This was just after having the second kid. A friend of mine also suffered horribly during a pregnancy and was utterly desperate. The honey absolutely did the trick, but am wondering if it's success depends on hormonal causes? Needless to suggest, my doctor poo-poohed the idea even when I fronted up without the leprosy skin!

PPS. I started with a tablespoon a day for the first week and then things were working so reduced intake to a teaspoon or two per day. That went on for about four weeks and then dependant on any occasional mild outbreaks for a couple of years.

PPPS. I'm not that keen on honey anymore.

Wow broccoli looks fantastic - and those fart-chokes will be alright with a peel. It's the wind they cause that you have to worry about!
